I passionately support women to eat satisfying, tasty foods that balance hormones, boost metabolism and reduce cravings. I empower women to feel good about their body, any size, age or weight.
I am on a journey that started as an anorexic teenager. My journey led me to discover the healing power of whole foods. But I also learned it’s not just about the food. In order to live a long, healthy, happy life, I realize I need to have kind, compassionate thoughts and feelings toward others and myself. All the green vegetables in the world don’t make up for being overstressed and disapproving of my body. I am on a constant journey to connect to myself on a deeper level, to expand my thinking and beliefs, to have a loving relationship with myself. It’s the most important relationship in my life. This is why I use a body, mind and spirit approach to create vibrant health for my clients and myself.
