This season is going especially fast for me, maybe because of my new grandson Avery and my excitement to spend time with him. Perhaps time goes faster when we’re having fun. I am having a fantastic time getting ready to celebrate the holidays with my friends and family.
The holidays provide a special opportunity to feel love and peace. This is actually our true self shining through. As we find peace and joy within we become healthier and our relationships become strong, loving and nurturing.
Feeling close to others connects us to our true nature. Creating heart to heart connections is actually the best gift we can give and receive.
