I am on a journey that started as an anorexic teenager. My journey led me to discover the healing power of whole foods. But I also learned it’s not just about the food. In order to live a long, healthy, happy life, I realize I need to have kind, compassionate thoughts and feelings toward others and myself. All the green vegetables in the world don’t make up for being overstressed and disapproving of my body. I am on a constant journey to connect to myself on a deeper level, to expand my thinking and beliefs, to have a loving relationship with myself. It’s the most important relationship in my life. This is why I use a body, mind and spirit approach to create vibrant health for my clients and myself.
Hi Ingrid, Thank you so much for your recipes, guidance, and encouragement. The recipes were wonderful and will be used often. As far as my 5 days- there were 2 days of feeling swollen with joint soreness, but since yesterday afternoon- I have felt better, with more energy and feeling of positiveness and wellness. I am very glad that I stuck through it, and have learned a lot from you- and from all of our experiences.
