We are vibrational beings. Your body responds to the content of your thoughts and feelings.

When you spend time feeling satisfaction, joy and appreciation your physical well-being is EASY to maintain.

Deliberately focusing on good feeling thoughts brings your body back into BALANCE.

The more ease you feel the less resistance you hold. This ALLOWS the cells of your body to work more efficiently.

You’ll find recovery from unwanted conditions.

If you’re WILLING to notice the wonderful things in your life, having a good feeling body comes easily.

How does happiness make me healthier?

When you’re anxious, angry, guilty or any emotion that doesn’t feel good you’re out of alignment with your TRUE NATURE.

If you’re out of alignment, you’re blocked from the SOURCE of health and vitality.

You don’t have access to your body’s wisdom.

This resistance limits your body’s ability to maintain health and vitality.

When you take the time to get into alignment, by that I mean find good feeling thoughts, you have access to your INNER GUIDANCE.

From your place of alignment beneficial behavior will be inspired and wonderful things will unfold with great ease.

When you let go of resistance and worry, the chemistry of your body changes; less inflammation, digestion improves, hormones come into balance.

Life is supposed to feel good.

Changing your diet, taking supplements or any other behavior works best when it’s inspired from your TRUE SELF.

The wisdom of your body knows exactly what you need in order to be healthy.

When you’re in alignment, what you need most arises from within you with great clarity.

I’m Ingrid DeHart

As part of my health journey I struggled with anorexia and felt unattractive for many years. Then a few years ago I suffered a major life crisis that left me sick and afraid even though I was eating a ‘perfect’ diet.

My journey led me to discover that health, energy and vitality are not just about what I eat. A big part of vibrant health depends upon how I think and feel.

In my process of healing I realize the immense impact feeling happy has in creating better health.

When I stopped focusing on what was wrong and started putting my attention on what was good in my life and what I appreciated about my body, something wonderful happened… I began to feel better.

As I let go of trying to fix and control my body, I was able to access my INNER GUIDANCE to discover what I really want and need.

I’ve learned powerful tools to soothe feelings of unworthiness, self-judgment and fear which allow the natural feelings of inspiration, clarity and self-love to shine through.

I still struggle but I have many tools and practices to help me I return to balance quickly. As I spend more time in alignment, my body’s WISDOM comes forward to help me heal. This allows me to experience better health, more joy and wonderful abundance.

I know from experience how hard struggling with your health and vitality can be which is why I’ve created this Happiness for Health Program.

High Minded Clarity

You will get clear on your health and happiness goals and why you want them so you can harness the power of your Wiser Self to guide you there. We’ll pull back the curtain revealing key insights into what thoughts and foods make you feel good or bring you down, so you let go of old patterns and make better choices with ease.

Heartfelt Kindness Creates Health

You’ll learn to replace judgment, fear, and doubt with kindness and compassion. You’ll BE THERE FOR YOURSELF in a whole new way by opening your heart and aligning with your Inner Being. You’ll transform the way you experience yourself, so you can spend more of your life in a place of joy, appreciation and compassion which leads to better health.

Turning Your Resistance Into Your Ally

In this module you’ll create a new relationship with your voices of resistance. Those parts actually love you and want to keep you safe. When you get to be with your voices of resistance in a new way, that’s when you really love yourself. By giving those parts a voice, you get them to work for you instead of against you. You will be able to stay consistent with this work as you move forward so you can have more harmony in your body, mind and spirit.

This Powerful 6 Week Program Includes:

  • Four Transformational Coaching Sessions

    In these sessions I’ll lead the group through different processes to get you into alignment with your True Self. You will release inner and outer blocks so you can spend more time feeling joy and appreciation. As a result you’ll have a healthier and more vibrant body. Sessions will be approximately 1 hour. You will be able to ask questions.

  • Two Health Information Sessions

    In these sessions I reveal simple, effective strategies to get into alignment with what you eat. You'll learn how to listen to your body's messages and how your body supports your happiness. These tools help boost your energy, curb your cravings, and maintain your natural weight. You’ll eat the food you love and love the food that makes you feel good. Sessions will be approximately 1 hour. You'll be able to ask questions and get support.

  • Sacred Meditations

    Easy, gentle meditations to connect to your True Self so all of your thoughts, actions, and reactions are infused with more love and awareness. You’ll have a deeper appreciation of the divine quality of existence.

  • Peace and Power Processes

    Throughout the program, you’ll learn powerful, effective and cutting-edge processes that enable you to stay centered in any situation. You’ll be able to recover your balance quickly and gain the momentum you need to manifest your vision for a healthier and happier life.

  • Inspired Tapping

    Tapping scripts so you can release resistance quickly and grow your skills to remain calm and confident no matter what shows up.

  • Weekly Summary

    Each week you’ll receive a summary of the session so you can review the highlights and processes.

  • Permanent Recordings

    All the classes are recorded for you to download and keep forever.

  • Private Facebook Group

    Our private Facebook Group will serve as a place for you to align with other members of our Happiness for Health community and with me. New research shows that we are all energetically connected. As we share our insights and experiences we contribute to each other’s transformation.

I joined this program to help me break through my pattern of eating more sugar than I need and because I wanted more happiness and joy in my life. I am so glad I did. I found Ingrid's approach with this program so down to earth, honest, and with such a sincere desire to truly guide me to more happiness. I now feel more in control of how I use food when I am in need of comfort. I love knowing I can be kind to myself however I feel. I have more awareness of how my mental state, and subsequent emotions, have an influence on my eating habits.

Altogether, as an after effect of your program, I have developed a much less emotional attitude towards sugar, and I find it rather easy to stay away from it. I have actually lost about 6 pounds since then. I cannot say for sure it is all because of eating less sugary treats but I want to believe it is the #1 cause. I wanted this program to help me break through my pattern of sadness and overwhelm. I wanted more joy and kindness in my heart. At the beginning of the program I was brimming with tears.
