Thai Style Pumpkin Soup – I used canned pumpkin here.  This soup is easy to make and only takes 15 minutes.

Vegan Pumpkin Pie – You don’t have to cook this pie, it is an almost raw recipe.  The only cooked ingredient is the pumpkin. This dessert is delicious, creamy and healthy.
