This is an easy breathing meditation from Abraham Hicks that will tune your body to its natural state of well-being.

This meditation quiets your mind. You come into vibrational harmony with Source allowing your cells to communicate with one another for better health.

  • Breathe along with the beat of the music…
  • Breathe in to the count of 3  (1-2-3)
  • Breathe out slowly to the count of 5  (1-2-3- 4-5)

Don’t worry if you lose the beat just come back to it as you follow along with the meditation.

Practice it daily and notice the feeling of strength, comfort and ease in your body.
