Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno or Serrano peppers, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Celtic salt
  • pinch of crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in bowl.
  2. Taste to adjust salt.
  3. Let sit 15 minutes and serve.
  4. It will keep 1 or 2 days in the refrigerator.
