Ingredients

- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno or Serrano peppers, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic salt
- pinch of crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in bowl.
- Taste to adjust salt.
- Let sit 15 minutes and serve.
- It will keep 1 or 2 days in the refrigerator.
