Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Celtic Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl with a fork until thick and creamy.
  2. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Use only 6 tablespoons of  water to make it thicker, if you want it to be a a dip instead of a dressing.
