High Protein Almond Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 4 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract (if you don’t have almond use ½ tsp vanilla)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop collagen

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Stir every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight, it will get thick and creamy.
  4. Add more almond milk to serve if you want it a little thinner.
  5. Enjoy.
