Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 4 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (if you don’t have almond use ½ tsp vanilla)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 scoops collagen
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Stir every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight, it will get thick and creamy.
- Add more almond milk to serve if you want it a little thinner.
- Enjoy.
