Easy Homemade Matcha Latte

Description

I make this homemade matcha latte in a blender because it’s so easy . See instruction above to make it with a whisk. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/21 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 scoop grass fed collagen or gelatin (optional)
  • 8 ounces hot water
  • ¼ cup dairy free milk, cashew, almond, hemp, oat, coconut*
  • 1/21 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

  1. Put matcha powder into a blender. Add collagen, if using.
  2. Pour the hot water into a cup (to cool slightly) and pour into the blender.
  3. Add the dairy free milk.  
  4. Blend 30 seconds until frothy.
  5. Pour into a cup and add sweetener, if desired.

Notes

Diary milk can be used too!

Nutrition information is with cashew milk. I like it because it’s easy to make at home.

The recipe can easily be doubled.
