This soft Golden Paleo Gluten Free Bread has an incredibly moist texture. It’s made in a food processor or blender and only takes 5 minutes to put together. It healthy and satisfying.

- 1 cup almond flour (112 grams)
- 3/4 cup arrowroot flour (93 grams)
- 1/2 cup ground golden flax seed (55 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, solid but soft- not melted (74 grams)
- 4 free range eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup water room temp
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, arrowroot, flax, salt and baking powder.
- Put all the ingredients including the flour mixture into a food processor or blender
- Process or blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake on 350F for 35-45 minutes until golden on top and tester comes out clean.
- Let cool for 30 minutes and remove from the pan.
