Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen organic strawberries or ½ cup frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 heaping cup baby spinach or romaine (if you’re sensitive to oxalates)
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ½ cup coconut milk (homemade or lite) or coconut water
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 3-4 drops Stevia to taste (if you need more sweetness)
Optional Toppings
- Sliced strawberries
- Kiwi
- Dried coconut flakes
- Dried Goji Berries
- Cacao Nibs
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Walnuts
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except optional toppings) in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Since the mixture is smooth and thick, you may have to scrape it down a few times to get it to blend.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Eat alone or top with your favorite toppings.

Nutrition information is with 1 cup strawberries and no banana.
