Enjoy this smoothie bowl for breakfast and you’ll feel satisfied and energized for the rest of the day.


  • 1 cup frozen organic strawberries or ½ cup frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 heaping cup baby spinach or romaine (if you’re sensitive to oxalates)
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup coconut milk (homemade or lite) or coconut water
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 3-4 drops Stevia to taste (if you need more sweetness)

Optional Toppings

  • Sliced strawberries
  • Kiwi
  • Dried coconut flakes
  • Dried Goji Berries
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Walnuts


  • Place all ingredients (except optional toppings) in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Since the mixture is smooth and thick, you may have to scrape it down a few times to get it to blend.
  • Pour into a bowl.
  • Eat alone or top with your favorite toppings.


Nutrition information is with 1 cup strawberries and no banana.
