Instructions

  1. In a small pan, combine cacao powder and coconut oil over very low heat. Stir occasionally until mixture is completely liquefied.
  2. Add maple syrup or  coconut sugar, stir until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in, almonds, vanilla and stevia.
  4. Pour mixture into paper mini muffin liners
  5. Transfer to freezer or refrigerator to set (about 15 minutes in freezer, 30 minutes in refrigerator).
  6. Store them in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator.
  7. Enjoy!
