A creamy, silky chocolate mousse decadent enough for dessert and healthy enough for breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or heavy-duty blender. Start with  2 tablespoons cacao and 3 Tablespoons maple syrup and a little coconut milk or water.*
  2. Process until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more cacao, maple and coconut milk  if necessary to get desired taste and consistency.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
  4. Top with berries and/or coconut whipped cream
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days but it probably won’t last that long.

Notes

The amount of cacao and maple syrup will depend on the size and taste of your avocados.  Start with the smaller amount, taste and add more to taste.
