Here is an easy to make 4 ingredient vegan parmesan cheese you can use on top of zucchini noodles, pasta, pizza and anywhere you’d usually use parmesan cheese!

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor
  2. Pulse until you get a medium fine meal, the size of grated parmesan.
  3. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
