Here is an easy to make 4 ingredient vegan parmesan cheese you can use on top of zucchini noodles, pasta, pizza and anywhere you’d usually use parmesan cheese!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 ½ tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/3 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor
- Pulse until you get a medium fine meal, the size of grated parmesan.
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
