This is the ultimate green smoothie for your health and you can make it in 5 minutes.


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cup organic cucumber, unpeeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 organic lemon, unpeeled, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 small avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1 small handful of parsley
  • 1/21 organic apple, unpeeled, cut into chunks (more apple makes it sweeter)
  • 2 scoops collagen or hemp protein


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.* 
  2. Pulse a few times to get everything mixed.
  3. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Add more water if you want it thinner. 



Nutrition information is with a whole apple and collagen.

If using a traditional home blender:
*Blend leafy greens and ice water until smooth.
*Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
