Description

This thick and satisfying Cherry Green Smoothie Bowl is loaded with immune boosting antioxidants and offers the perfect combo of nutrients to keep you going all morning long.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 apple or pear cut in chunks, peel if not organic
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup filtered water or nut milk of choice
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 large handfuls spinach (about 3 cups)
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Optional Toppings


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You want it to be thick and cold so don’t over blend.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add toppings.
  3. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Add 2 servings of hemp, collagen, whey or vegan protein powder for additional protein.
