A life-enhancing pesto you can use on fish, chicken and steamed or grilled vegetables.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed and dried (2 cups lightly packed)
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt,to taste
- ¼ teaspoon fresh pepper
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Taste to adjust salt
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
