A healthy pudding full of fiber and antioxidants great for breakfast or dessert.

Instructions

  1. Blend the nut milk with the maple syrup, vanilla and matcha
  2. Put the chia seeds in a medium bowl, large enough to hold all the liquid.
  3. Pour the blended mixture over the chia seeds. Stir.
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes stirring every five minutes until the chia begins to absorb the liquid.
  5. Let the mixture sit at least 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator, covered.
  6. Stir before serving.
  7. Top with berries.

Notes

Nutrition information is with homemade almond milk and maple syrup.

There is no cooking, the chia pudding need to sit for at least 1 hour to thicken.
