This strawberry smoothie bowl will empower you with lots of nutrients and protein. The frozen strawberries, cauliflower, avocado will keep you going all morning long.
Start the blender on low and blend until the fruit is chopped up into small bits.
Scrape down the sides. Turn up to high and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. Don’t over blend, you want it to be nice and thick with a soft serve consistency.
I love using cashews, it makes instant nut milk, no straining required. To make cashew milk blend 2 tablespoons cashews with 3/4 cup water for 3 minutes until smooth. For easier digestion soak cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
Your cashew milk will be warm, that’s okay. No need to wait 2-3 minutes for the frozen fruit to warm up. Blend immediately.
