When we go to sleep, all the momentum from the previous day dissipates. We erase the chalkboard and start fresh. If our day was full of appreciation and satisfaction we want to get back on that train. Even if our day was full of challenges sleeping lets all that momentum stop.

Whether the previous day was good or stressful, the good news is when we wake we get to choose how we want to start today.

The goal of this Magical Morning Tapping Meditation is to get our energy flowing on a high vibration at the beginning of the day. With this tapping we are setting the tone for a wonderful day, a day where we can love the journey we are on.

Why It’s Good To Feel Good

The most important thing in life is to feel good. Feeling good makes us healthier and uplifts everyone around us. Feeling good allows our body to work efficiently. Our body is in the rest/restore mode so we have good digestion, stable blood sugar, and balanced hormones.

When we feel good our energy attracts more people and events to keep that good feeling energy flowing. On the other hand if we’re cranky, we’re putting out a signal to the universe attracting cranky people and things. That is how the law of attraction works.

Our energy make a difference in the world. What a wonderful world it would be if more people walked around feeling peace and joy. I say let’s do our best to bring that high vibration into the world each day.

Itโ€™s feels good to start my day with love and appreciation for the wonderful things in my life

I feel an ever-present loving energy within me and around me

supporting me every step of the way

  1. Wow! What a beautiful meditation to read!!! Yesterday I jumped forward from your year 2014 rebounding post to your front page to see if your website was still active. I found this and saved for my morning inspirational read. I’m use to Louise Hay affirmations so I like this sort of material. I actually don’t like tapping–I don’t like lifting my hands up high and moving so much when I want a break. I just want to sit and relax and savor. When I first came across tapping I thought the words were at least half the trick. Who couldn’t feel better with such positive soothing talk!!! I just printed out your meditation and tucked it into my Hay book. Thank you Ingrid for this lovely meditation.

  2. Hello Ingrid. I want to let you know I am revisiting and loving this wonderful morning meditation. I printed it out back then, and also continued playing your video for Mom and I for a month or two before moving on to other inspirations. My Mom transitioned 3 weeks ago and I now have time for a little leisure in the mornings, to start my day. I had saved this meditation and am loving it again. It’s really a wonderful read first thing in the morning with a favorite hot drink! Heidi
