Tapping to Eat a Healthier Diet

By January 25, 2014Tapping

I am leaving tomorrow for Myanmar for a fun trip of travel and adventure, I am so excited.  Before I go I felt inspired to make this video to help you stay on track toward any health goals you may have set at the beginning of the year.

Eating a healthy diet can be confusing. There are differences for each person’s unique body and metabolism. Figuring this out is the first thing I do with my clients. But that isn’t the only problem.  Even when people know what to eat often they just can’t seem to do it.   Or, they can do it for awhile and then they lose it, going back to their old patterns.

What’s up with that?  You know eating a healthier diet will make you feel energized, leaner and happier. I want you to think about the fact that you are not eating this way because you have some inner resistance.  By virtue of the law of attraction you are not resonating with or open to being that healthier, thinner you.

This is why I love tapping so much. It helps to identify the resistance so you can let it go.

So today, let’s do some tapping together!

This is a fun video about opening up to being inspired to eat a healthier diet.

It’s called

Tapping To Eat A Healthier Diet

When you clear away your resistance you will be inspired to eat foods that support your body.

It is fun to do AND it might show you some little spots of resistance to being that thinner more beautiful you.

If you are new to tapping, click here to see the tapping points.

As I travel I will be blogging about my trip and sending pictures. In the meantime eat well and enjoy life each day.

Very strange that I should come across this today as I have been looking up the pros and cons of making my diet more alkaline. So at the points you have said ‘thinner’ or ‘optimum weight’ I have said things like ‘be pain free’ or ‘optimum health’. I’m hoping to slowly make changes to my diet to improve my overall health, energy levels and relieve joint pain, so tapping for this may well help too, I hope so …

      Hi Mandy,
I am glad you came across this todayI highly suggest using tapping in addition to adding more alkaline food into your diet. Tapping reduces the cortisol in your body which is very acidic. Tapping also will increase your serotonin which is your feel good hormone. When you feel good you are less stressed therefore less acidic. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
      Warmly,
      Ingrid
