It’s almost Halloween and soon Thanksgiving. That means it’s time to bring on ALL THINGS PUMPKIN. I love the variety of dishes we make from this tasty orange vegetable or is it a fruit, who knows?

It can be sweet or savory, baked in a muffin, transformed into ‘cheesecake’, blended into a soup or cooked to make a warm comforting stew. Pumpkin does it all. Here are a few of my favorite pumpkin recipes you’ll love making this season.
