This is one of the most popular dressing from our restaurant Arnold’s Turtle in NYC

Japanese Dressing

4 servings

¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tb nama shoyu
2 Tb white miso
1 tsp dried thyme
½  cup olive oil

  • Mix lemon juice, nama shoyu, miso, thyme in a bowl.
  • Whisk in the olive oil
