I’ve been using it for a few weeks and feel stronger and more at ease in my body.

When I first started this practice a lot of resistance and negative emotion came up. I felt “How can I love my body when I have physical challenges, like my hair falling out?”
I believe in the mind body connection. I know that what we think and feel has a profound impact on our cells and our health. Our cells are listening to what we say to ourselves.
I also believe that whatever is showing up is there for us. The Universe is on our side and things are always working out for us.
I decided to get curious about what I was thinking and feeling about my hair falling out. Just noticing without judgment.
I noticed sometimes I was disappointed in my body.
I wasn’t loving and appreciating my body very much.
So instead of trying to make these feelings go away, instead of rejecting my body for not being the way I want it to be, I decided to embrace my feelings with love and kindness.
I decided to open up to giving my body more love.
If my body is suffering it feels so much better to give it love rather than rejecting it.
So I created this tapping script to go deeper into helping us love ourselves through our challenges.
