Top 10 Most Popular Recipes In 2018

By December 28, 2018Recipes

I hope you’re enjoying the last few days of 2018.  From my family to yours much love and light in the new year.

As the year ends I want to say “THANK YOU for being part of this community. I love this journey we are on together.”

It’s a pleasure for me to share the foods and practices that bring us nourishment and satisfaction all year long.

One of the keys to health and happiness is staying in alignment.

By that I mean enjoying our wonderful life.  Noticing and appreciating all the good things in our life.

Let’s say there are 10 things in your life you think about and 5 of them make you feel good and 5 not so good. If you spend most of your time thinking about the things that make you feel good, you’re in alignment.

I have found when you appreciate the good things in your life, the things that don’t make you feel good begin to get better.

This is because when we’re in alignment, we’re tuned into the frequency of our Inner Being.  We have access to our brilliance and creativity. We’re under the influence of Source and get inspired to do things that bring more of what we want into our life.

My biggest awareness this year is to trust.

Trust feels calm and peaceful.

I trust that raising my vibration and spending more time feeling joy and appreciation attracts more joy into my life.

Trust is like panting a seed. You put the tomato seed into the ground. You water it and nurture it. You don’t say after 1 week where’s my tomato?  You trust it will grow. If you get frustrated  that what you want isn’t coming fast enough, it’s like digging up the tomato plant to see where is the tomato and you kill it.  You have to nurture your desire with trust.

Instead of looking for problems, I hunt for blessings.

Even if something isn’t the way I want it to be, I trust everything that is presented in life is a beautiful invitation to expand and make my life more wonderful than it’s been before.

Einstein says…“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.”

I trust things are always working out for me and everyone else.

We can love the journey we’re on. I’m looking forward to continuing this wonderful journey with you in 2019.
