I call the way I eat Paleotarian. What that means is a mostly plant based diet with small amounts of humanely treated, chemical free, fish, poultry, meat, eggs and occasionally cheese as an indulgence. I avoid all processed foods. I include beans and grains occasionally. All the recipes are GLUTEN FREE as I have been gluten free for years. I avoid all processed foods. I include high quality healthy fats. The recipes are low glycemic using only unrefined sweeteners, small amounts of flour (gluten free). There are many vegan recipes to choose from too. I hope you enjoy the recipes.
