As we gather together this holiday season with friends and family, eating delicious food is a big part of the fun.  Here is a collection of simple, delicious, healthy Thanksgiving recipes from breakfast to dessert you can serve all weekend long.  The recipes are from my blog and other great food bloggers.  They are all gluten free, plant rich, with an assortment of vegan and paleo recipes.

When it comes to Thanksgiving feasts, for me it’s all about the sides. They are fun to eat and provide variety. It’s an opportunity to have something for everyone. I like to honor everyones dietary choices. Left overs make the perfect lunch the day after with or without turkey.
 
Delicious healthy food is what I love. Here are some of my favorite Thanksgiving side dishes to inspire your feast. There is an assortment of vegan and paleo dishes.  All are gluten free.

This is a simple recipe with only 5 ingredients and it holds up well so it can be made early in the day.  The broccoli is tossed with olive oil, roasted with shallots and a little bit of bacon all in the same pan. Chopped kale is mixed in at the end while everything is warm allowing it to soften, just a little, to make it tender and sweet. Serve warm or at room temperature. Paleo, gluten free, keto, Whole 30.

These incredible mashed sweet potatoes are savory instead of sweet. They are mixed with herbs, butter and sour cream (there is a vegan option).
