Thank you for the great tasting vegan recipe! I did omit the oil and added more water as I stay away from oils and eat whole foods. I liked this recipe so much that I also made it another time substituting the garlic with ginger and it was really good too! Saved my guests from garlic breath with using ginger yet kept the yummy spicy flavor. ๐
